Team Coach, PACE Program
This junior or senior level Team Coach will coach and mentor PACE Program apprentices who are working with partner consulting firm on a range of projects.
General Requirements
- Minimum Education: bachelor's degree. Master's degree or higher preferred
- Professional experience in management consulting
- Experience within the federal government and consulting is highly desirable
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Coach apprentices to apply classroom training to client delivery
- Mentor apprentices on professional standards for the consulting field and production of quality client delivery
- Hold one-on-one and team check-in meetings regularly with apprenticies
- Provide guidance and assistance to apprentices during their transition into professional work and client delivery
