Professional Apprenticeship for Consulting Excellence Program

Are you looking to pipeline top talent into your organization while
mentoring the next generation of consulting leaders?

The Professional Apprenticeship for Consulting Excellence (PACE) Program brings talented early-career professionals with an interest in federal government management consulting to your organization and gives them the training, support, and experience needed to quickly become a valued member of your team.

Maximize efficiency and reduce recruiting burdens.

The PACE Program allows you to capitalize on apprentice talent as they work as a part of your team at an economical market rate. Watch the apprentices evolve to become valued professionals over the course of the 12-week session. And best of all, there is no charge if you choose to hire these excellent professionals at the end of the PACE Program.

Our apprentices are noticeably different.

M Squared Strategies understands the value of excellent human capital and knows that a knowledgeable, professional staff is an absolute necessity to reaching quality client outcomes. We take the time to match your needs with our candidate pool and support their entry into the Washington consulting world.

  • We draw on talent pools outside the typical beltway colleges to bring the best of the best into public sector management consulting.
  • Our rigorous screening process thoroughly evaluates candidates against core competencies that are essential for effective consulting, including writing, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • We provide classroom trainings to develop apprentices' skills around federal government operations, teams, organizations, and project management that directly influence client delivery performance.

We offer a unique professional development opportunity.

Our apprentices work under the direction of your delivery teams while receiving training. The PACE Program Coordinator and M Squared President are directly engaged with the quality-assurance of the program. Each group is assigned an M Squared trained coach who supplements the classroom training with additional mentoring and skills development for the apprentices.
