M Squared Strategies began working for the Department of Transportation in the summer of 2010. The Office of the Chief Information Officer requested five interns from M Squared Strategies' Applied Management Professionals Program to provide support for several projects. A range of support services including Strategic Executive Services, Marketing and Strategic Communications, Facilitation and Program Management were provided directly to government staff and also to a key agency contractor. As a result of the quality work delivered by M Squared Strategies, the client requested that the team extend its agreement and continue to support.

Department of Health and Human Services

M Squared Strategies began working with the Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of the Chief Information Officer in the spring of 2011. M Squared Strategies was brought into the Office of Information and Technology to provide meeting management and organizational design to governance bodies which are in responsible for Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC) and managing the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC). Our services are designed to plan for and capture information in a transparent and inclusive way which enables our clients to make informed decisions important to development of their organization. M Squared Strategies strives to meet client needs by using thoughtful, outcome-oriented planning and custom information capture tool design to drive clarity, increase accountability, and improve communication between all stakeholders.
