Erin Bankey
Professional Apprenticeship for Consulting Excellence Program Coordinator
erin.bankey@msquaredstrategies.comErin earned a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Art in Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University. Through volunteer work teaching in Honduras, evaluation work with federal and local education programs, and various leadership positions in student organizations, she has fostered a passion for improving the lives of others through education and professional development. Erin channels this passion by coordinating the development of early-career professionals as the PACE Program Coordinator.

Alessandra Colia, LCSW
Applied Management Professionals Program Director
alessandra.colia@msquaredstrategies.comAfter living abroad in Spain, Argentina, and Costa Rica, where she spent her time working with local youth, Alessandra graduated from Boston College with a Master of Social Work. She has since settled in DC and plans to combine her passions for both education and youth to facilitate the professional development of others. A natural leader, Alessandra coordinates the company's graduate student internship program as Applied Management Professionals Program Director.

Carl Crampton, PMP, CGEIT
Senior Governance Consultant
carl.crampton@msquaredstrategies.comAfter serving in the United States Coast Guard for over twenty years, Carl worked in project management for several information technology companies in the private sector. In 2007, he joined M Squared for the opportunity to help government improve service delivery. With a Master of Science in environmental management from the University of Michigan, Carl specializes in governance topics and co-directs our Program Management and Governance service line.

Andrew MacDonald
Director of Human Resources
andrew.macdonald@msquaredstrategies.comRaised in New Zealand, Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration in human capital management from the University of Technology – Sydney. With additional qualifications in international affairs and alternative dispute resolution, he moved to Hawaii, where he worked for a large consulting firm providing management and operations services to the state. Eager to engage at the federal government level while contributing to the growth of a small business, Andrew joined the M Squared team and now serves as our Director of Human Resources.

Brenda Maynor, CGMP
Senior Business Development Manager
brenda.maynor@msquaredstrategies.comOriginally from Colorado, Brenda has lived all over the country and in Iceland as a military spouse. She earned a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Wyoming and went on to work as an account executive in several agencies. Upon moving to the DC area, she assisted in the Office of the Senate Majority Leader before joining M Squared in 2006. Brenda matured our meeting management and marketing services before moving into the role as Senior Business Development Manager.

Sarah Nurse, BSMP
Senior Strategic Services Consultant
sarah.nurse@msquaredstrategies.comThe second of twelve children, Sarah mastered the art of adapting to change at a very young age. With a Bachelor of Science in business management from Catholic University, she spent several years working at the Pentagon, where she implemented strategies that measure military readiness. She has since supported multiple senior executives at the VA. Her extraordinary ability to adjust, coupled with a natural flair for developing efficient organizational strategies, makes Sarah the obvious choice to head our Strategic Executive Services.
